I really don’t even know how long it’s been. But I finally got around finishing Wendy from Peter Pan. Thank you for waiting.

Wedding Photography

I got an opportunity to do something totally different for a change… My sister’s friend got married a week ago, and I got asked to do the wedding photography. So they flew me all the way to Michigan, USA! Here are a few pictures that I took of the happy couple and the wedding party:

This was a one-off thing. Even though it was a good experience, wedding photography is quite far from what I am looking to do career-wise. So unfortunately, I don’t think I will be taking on any more gigs like this.

D&AD Student Awards

Finally an update on my third year university work!

I recently tackled two D&AD student award briefs, and here are the results:

Illustration:

An original cover illustration for Little White Lies magazine, depicting the main character of the movie Black Swan.

Digital Compositing/Digital Illustration

 

Advertising:

An identity and a TV spot designed to brand and to launch a new over 60′s channel for Channel4.

Even though I failed to get recognized in the actual awards, it was refreshing to get to work on live briefs. And I do believe that the end results are definitely a great addition to my portfolio.
